Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped avocado frozen
  • 1 cup spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • a handful of mint leaves
  • a pinch of salt
  • maple syrup or honey to taste
  • ice (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed. Enjoy!
