Ingredients
3/4cupcanola oilor other neutral-flavoured oil
1/2cupwhite vinegar
1/4cupmango chutney
1tablespoonlemon juice
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1/2teaspooncurry powder
1/4teaspoonground turmeric
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and fully emulsified.
